Much appreciated. I really like your recent post about online shopping, a subject I'm very "close to". As an American manufacturer, it's difficult to build enough margin into my products to afford resellers a fair profit without being accused of overpricing my stuff--often called "ripping people off". Sort of a catch 22. I know this isn't exactly what you're referring to in your post, but it's a slightly similar consequence of online shopping, etc. Anyway, thanks again. I really like your blog.
